no doubt this is an every-second question for every parent. and even though i am not yet, i have been wondering how would i know which feeding bottle is the best, what milk formula to use, what first solid food to try, which diaper brand is the best... and even now... what food should both of us take to prep for the best conceiving environment for our precious baby?
how would we know what we are doing is really the best for our little one?
i feel somehow assured when reading this blog from mumzzy and the comments... but I still can't help feeling helpless. i think everyone has their own beliefs and values. and i suppose ultimately giving psychological and emotional support is the best course when baby grows up into an independent person.
i pray that i will know what to do when the time comes.

ReplyDeleteAfter experiencing myself and lots of experiments in many brands, let me summarized the best choices:
1. Best feeding bottle brand: Avent (anything by Avent - the sterilizer, feeding bottle, pacifier, breast pump (manual is better, don't use electric pump), breast pad, breast nipple protector, etc)
2. Best diaper - has to be Mama Poko. Can last very long but little bit more expensive compared to other leading brands
3. Milk formula - either Anmum Infacare or Frisolac or Enfalac (I believed any milk brand is fine. The best formula will be of course: BREAST MILK.I managed to breast feed my baby till 3 months!
4. Solid food for baby: Blended porridge with carrot / tomato + ikan bilis + chicken / fish / pork + spinach / brocolli (high iron)+ tofu / kampung chicken egg
Other solid food will be the Stage 1 Rice Cereal
5. Best food for both of you to conceive: Just eat anything you like. As long both of you are not under work stress....you will be fine
I went for holiday and a month later, I found out I am pregnant!
4.
